If we talk about the ancient temple in Cambodia, there are plenty of them. There are about 2000 ancient temples in around Cambodia. And the most popular one is Angkor Wat where located in Siem Reap. Because Angkor Wat is the only one temple which remain most of the sharp round so the number of local tourists and foreigner tourists are preferred to visit Angkor Wat.
BAN TEAY CHMA is one of the big temple where stand in Oudom meanchey province. It was built during Angkor period by King Soyavorman VII for dedicating to his son. This temple was abandoned for several years and covered and hide by the forest. Through the war year this quiet temple was destroyed and all the precious things was taken away. It is 1km square and surround by canal with load of lotus inside. Most of parts were destroyed.
