Labor is the most need in poor country. The experience of many civil war and international war, the whole country was destroyed building, religion, education and many precious culture. People had lived in suffering from one generation to one generation, it is hard for them to keep life to alive. After the war finished it had remained the widow, orphan and cripple living. It definitely hard to develop the country with less educated people. Less education is the most difficult thing to do all every where. People don't understand much about what the leader want to do to develop the country they don't follow at all.
