How to live in a healthy life



Generally, all the people around the world demand to live in a healthy life and happiness. They try to work even day or night to find money to support their family and themselves. For the poor country, people eat everything not hygiene and they need only the quantity more than quality. Later on, when the time is up, their healthy not available to the bad disease, they spend a lot of money on the medicine and healthy food. Most of disease happened to the people through mouth. Mouth is the main thing for all the disease to go through. If you eat without any thinking and just follow your hungrily, you would get unhealthy life.  Here are some tips to lead you live in a healthy life:
1.      Go to bed early and get up early: most people have a lot of work to complete for the next day, so they always late at night and get up late. This is the cause making people unhealthy. The body need to have a rest after moving all day time. If you keep doing this, you probably face with the heart disease. Get up early is very difficult for who never ever do at first, but step by step, it will become the habit and you don’t need to worry about getting up late.
2.      Drink half litter of water after bed: For some people not use to drink water in the early morning, the body had not gain any spot of water the whole night, so it is very good to give water to when the body need. Water is definitely important for everything in the world. Where there is water where life is resist. Water were lose from the body when we sleep all night, so we need the water to complete back in the morning.
3.      Doing exercise twice a week: all the part of the body need to move until the limited point. We work also called exercise, but it’s not enough for the need of body. We need to work out to make the part run.
